We currently have 5 rooms available to accommodate your stay. Accommodation prices are

 

R900 per room per night for 2 people sharing or R1050 including  breakfast, and

 

R660 per room per night for a single person or R740 including breakfast.

 

Quotes are available upon enquiry.

- Flat screen TV (DSTV Compact Plus Channels).

- 4 Rooms with double beds.

- 1 Room with 2 singles

- Under-floor heating.

- Triple door built in cupboards.

- Dressing table / work bench.

- Ample secure parking available.

- Breakfast is served in the main dining room.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable one day before arrival.  Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.  Deposits are not refundable in the event of non-arrival. 

 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  - If bookings are cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, any deposit or prepayment is forfeited.

  - If bookings are cancelled between 7-14 days prior, 75% of the deposit, is forfeited.

  - If bookings are cancelled between 14-21 days prior, 50% of the deposit, is forfeited.

  - If bookings are cancelled between 21-28 days prior, 25% of the deposit, is forfeited.

 

No person(s) other than those quoted for, and booked are permitted to enter or share the accommodation.  In the event that it is possible to accommodate any extra person(s) in the same room, an additional charge will become payable immediately.  The final decision regarding the accommodation of additional person(s) in the same room or on the premises, rests entirely with management of  52 On Ninth Bed & Breakfast
